We offer free, unreserved resident parking on our surface lot. Some of our homes even include a covered, assigned parking space!

Our renters insurance requirement is $100,000 in personal liability coverage. You may choose your preferred provider.

Our apartment homes are equipped with Managed Wi-Fi internet powered by Xfinity.

Yes, we offer an early lease termination option. Please reach out to our office directly for details. 

Utility fees are payable on the resident portal or the app along with rent; utilities are not included in the rent amount. Electric is paid directly to our provider, Puget Sound Energy.


The B-Line Bus System has a stop steps away from the community. A new light rail station is being built and less than a 10 minute walk.

Line up for easy access to learning! The Lakes is truly near it all, and school districts regularly rezone their attendance boundaries. We suggest visiting and entering our apartment community address to research the schools in our area.
